Terms of Service
These terms apply when you order or use a Sphere IPTV plan. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our privacy policy and refund policy.
1. The service
Sphere IPTV provides access to a streaming service for a fixed period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) in exchange for a one-off payment. Plans are described on our pricing page. Plans do not renew automatically.
2. Ordering and activation
Orders are placed through WhatsApp or Telegram. Your plan period starts when your line is activated and your login details are sent to you.
3. Your account
- Your login details are for your own household. Do not publish or resell them.
- The number of simultaneous streams is limited to the connections included with your order.
- We may suspend a line that shows clear signs of misuse, such as public sharing of login details.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for making sure your use of the service complies with the laws that apply where you live, including laws relating to copyright and content licensing. IPTV technology is lawful, but rules on specific content vary by country. Read Is IPTV legal? for background. You are also responsible for your own devices, internet connection and any app you install.
5. Third-party apps
The service is watched through third-party player apps that we do not develop, own or control. Any fees charged by app developers, and the way those apps work, are outside our control.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but streaming depends on many factors, including source availability, network conditions and your equipment. Channels and on-demand content may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the availability of any particular channel or programme.
7. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in US dollars. Refunds are handled under our refund policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
