About Sphere IPTV

What is Sphere IPTV?

Sphere IPTV is a subscription IPTV service providing live TV channels, on-demand films and series, and an electronic programme guide over the internet. You watch it through a player app on your own device.

Who runs Sphere IPTV?

Sphere IPTV is operated through iptvsphere.com, with orders and support handled directly by our team on WhatsApp and Telegram.

Does Sphere IPTV have its own app?

No. You use a third-party player such as IPTV Smarters, TiviMate or IBO Player. These are independent apps and are not affiliated with Sphere IPTV.

Ordering

How do I order Sphere IPTV?

Tap Order on WhatsApp next to any plan. The message is pre-filled with the plan and price. Tell us your device, confirm payment, and we send your login details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted payment methods are confirmed with you in the WhatsApp chat when you order.

When does my subscription start?

Your plan's days start when your line is activated and your details are sent, not when you first message us.

Can I order on Telegram instead?

Yes, Telegram is available as a secondary contact option. WhatsApp is the fastest way to order.

Devices and apps

What devices support Sphere IPTV?

Amazon Fire TV devices, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Google TV and Android TV, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, Apple TV and MAG boxes. Roku requires a workaround.

How many devices can I use?

You can install your login on several devices. How many can stream at the same time depends on the connections included with your order — ask on WhatsApp if you need more than one screen.

Which app should I use?

TiviMate suits Android TV and Fire TV, IPTV Smarters works across many platforms, and IBO Player is common on Samsung and LG TVs.

Does Sphere IPTV work on Roku?

Not directly, because Roku does not allow third-party IPTV apps. You can mirror from a phone, use AirPlay, or plug a Fire TV Stick into your Roku TV.

Installation

How do I install Sphere IPTV?

Install a player app on your device, then sign in with the Xtream Codes details or M3U link we send. On MAG boxes, enter the portal URL in the system settings.

How long does setup take?

Usually a few minutes once the player app is installed. The first load of channels and the TV guide can take a little longer.

Can you help me set it up?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your device and app and we will guide you step by step.

EPG and M3U

What is an EPG?

The EPG (electronic programme guide) is the on-screen TV guide showing what is on each channel. It loads automatically with Xtream Codes logins in most apps.

Why are my TV guide times wrong?

Usually a time-zone mismatch. Set your device's time zone correctly, then adjust the EPG time offset in your player's settings.

What is an M3U link?

An M3U link is a URL that generates your personal channel playlist. It works in almost any player, but Xtream Codes is usually faster and better organised.

Troubleshooting

Why is Sphere IPTV buffering?

Most buffering comes from Wi-Fi signal, other devices using bandwidth or a low-memory streaming device. Restart the device and router, try Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, and clear the app cache.

My login says invalid — what do I do?

Re-enter the server URL including http:// and the port, check capitals in the username and password, and make sure your plan is active. If it still fails, contact us.

One channel isn't working but others are fine?

That usually points to an issue with that specific stream. Try again later, and let us know the channel name and time on WhatsApp.
