How to Install Sphere IPTV
To install Sphere IPTV, add a compatible player app to your device, then sign in with the details we send after you order: an Xtream Codes login (server URL, username, password), an M3U playlist link, or — on MAG boxes — a portal URL. - A stable internet connection. Around 10–15 Mbps per Full HD stream is a good guide — see internet speed for IPTV.
- Your device's remote and app store login (Amazon, Google, Apple, Samsung or LG account).
- Your Sphere IPTV details, sent on WhatsApp after you choose a plan.
- For MAG boxes and TV apps: the device's MAC address, which you send with your order.
The three ways to sign in

Xtream Codes login
Three details: server URL, username and password. Loads live TV, films, series and the TV guide in separate sections.
Best for: Firestick, Android, iPhone, Apple TV.
M3U playlist link
One long URL containing your full channel list. Works in almost any player; the TV guide may need a separate EPG link.

MAG portal URL
A portal address entered in the box's settings. The service is linked to the box's MAC address, so no username or password is needed.
Best for: MAG set-top boxes.
General installation steps
Install a player app
From your device's app store where possible. Fire TV and Android can also install from a developer's official site.
Order and receive your login
Mention your device when ordering so we send the right format.
Add your login to the app
Choose Xtream Codes where available and enter the details exactly as sent, including http:// and the port.
Load the TV guide
Most apps load the EPG automatically; some need you to press an update button once.
Tidy up and personalise
Hide categories you don't watch and add favourites — it speeds up the app, especially on older devices.

Setting up the TV guide (EPG)
With an Xtream Codes login, the programme guide usually loads on its own. If it stays empty, open the app's settings and look for EPG, TV guide or Install EPG, then run an update. If programme times are shifted, set your device's time zone correctly and adjust the app's EPG time offset. For how it all works, read IPTV EPG explained.
Common first-time problems

| Login rejected | Re-enter the server URL with http:// and port; check capital letters in username and password. |
