Vivimate IPTV Player: What It Is, Where to Get It and How It Differs From TiviMate
Vivimate — listed on Apple's App Store as “Vivimate Pro : IPTV Player” by Camus Studio — is a third-party IPTV player. It plays live TV and on-demand content from a service you already subscribe to, using Xtream Codes logins or M3U links, and states that it provides no channels or subscriptions itself. Despite the similar name, it is a different app from TiviMate. Websites that sell a “Vivimate IPTV subscription” are selling a TV service under the app's name, not the app.

What Vivimate is
An IPTV player is software that reads a playlist or login from your provider and turns it into a browsable channel list, programme guide and on-demand library. Vivimate is one of these players. According to its App Store listing (checked 4 October 2026), it supports Xtream Codes logins and M3U URLs, multiple playlists, an electronic programme guide, multiple audio and subtitle tracks, parental controls and search. The developer states that it “does not provide any channels, content, or IPTV subscriptions.”
In practice this means Vivimate shows nothing until you add details from a service. For background, see how IPTV players work.
What we could and couldn't verify
| Claim | Status | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| App Store listing by Camus Studio, free to download | Verified | Apple App Store |
| iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and Apple-silicon Mac support | Verified | Apple App Store compatibility section |
| Xtream Codes and M3U support | Verified (developer's description) | Apple App Store |
| Android, Fire TV and other platforms | Claimed, not verified | Website calling itself the official site |
| Activation by MAC address with 1-year or lifetime plans | Claimed, not verified | Same website |
| Same developer behind the website and the App Store app | Not confirmed | No ownership details published |
The App Store listing had too few ratings to show a score when we checked, which usually means the app is new or not yet widely used. Treat performance claims you read elsewhere with caution.
Vivimate vs TiviMate
The names are one letter apart, and many searches for “vivimate” are probably misspellings of TiviMate. They are different apps:
| Vivimate Pro | TiviMate | |
|---|---|---|
| Main platforms | Apple devices (verified); others claimed | Android TV, Google TV and Fire TV |
| Where to get it | Apple App Store | Google Play; on Fire TV via the developer's official link |
| Login types | Xtream Codes, M3U | Xtream Codes, M3U |
| Track record | Recent, few public ratings | Long-established and widely reviewed |
If you use an Android TV box or Fire TV Stick and meant TiviMate, follow our TiviMate setup guide instead.
Where to download Vivimate safely
- iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac: install “Vivimate Pro : IPTV Player” from the App Store and check that the developer is shown as Camus Studio.
- Android and Fire TV: we couldn't find a Google Play or Amazon Appstore listing under the Vivimate name when writing this guide. Installing an APK from a website means trusting whoever runs that site, so only do it if you can confirm the source.
Avoid APK files posted by subscription sellers or on forums. Modified players are a common way to spread malware and adware.
How to set up Vivimate
- Install the app from your device's official store.
- Open it and choose to add a playlist or provider.
- Select Xtream Codes and enter the server URL, username and password from your service — or paste an M3U URL.
- Wait for channels, the programme guide and on-demand sections to load.
- Set favourites and hide channel groups you don't use.
Troubleshooting common problems
| Problem | Likely cause | What to try |
|---|---|---|
| Login fails | Typo, or missing http:// or port in the server URL | Re-enter the details exactly as your provider sent them |
| Channels load but the guide is empty | EPG not yet downloaded or no guide link | Refresh the guide; ask your provider for the EPG URL |
| Playback stutters | Wi-Fi congestion or a weak connection | Use Ethernet on Apple TV, or test another network |
| App asks for activation or payment | Website-based licensing, not your TV service | Check whether the charge is from the app developer before paying |
| Channels missing | Not in your plan, or an outdated playlist | Reload the playlist and compare with your provider's channel list |
“Vivimate IPTV subscription” sites
Several websites use the Vivimate name to sell IPTV subscriptions. Buying from them gets you a TV service whose content, reliability and licensing depend entirely on that seller — not on the app. Evaluate them as you would any provider: who runs it, whether there's a real channel list, the refund terms and whether payment has buyer protection. Our IPTV brand research guide explains how to check unfamiliar names.
Limitations to keep in mind
- A short public track record, so long-term stability and update frequency are unknown.
- Platform support beyond Apple devices is claimed but unverified.
- “Lifetime” licences only last as long as the developer keeps the activation system running.
- Like every player, it can't fix a weak connection or an unreliable service.
Using Vivimate with Sphere IPTV
Sphere IPTV isn't affiliated with Vivimate, Camus Studio or TiviMate. Because our service supplies Xtream Codes logins and M3U links, it should load in any player that supports them, including Vivimate. If you prefer a well-documented app, see our player app guides.
Frequently asked questions
Is Vivimate free?
The App Store version was listed as free to download when we checked. A website presenting itself as the official site mentions 1-year and lifetime activation plans, which we couldn't verify.
Does Vivimate include channels?
No. It is a player and states that it provides no channels, content or subscriptions. You need a separate IPTV service.
Is Vivimate the same as TiviMate?
No. They are different apps from different developers, and we found nothing connecting them. TiviMate is mainly for Android TV and Fire TV; the verified Vivimate listing is for Apple devices.
Can I use Vivimate on a Firestick?
Some websites claim Fire TV support, but we couldn't find an Amazon Appstore listing. On Fire TV, an established player such as TiviMate or IPTV Smarters is the safer choice.
